Ingredients:   Irish Sea Moss, Alkaline Water, Organic Fruits & Pure Aloe Vera
 
Flavor Options: (Strawberry, Blueberry,  or Lemon/Lime)
 
Suggested Dosage:
ADULTS:   1/2 - 1 Tablespoon Daily, preferably in the Morning 
TEENS (13-17yrs) 1 Teaspoon Daily, preferably in the Morning
KIDS (5-12years) 1/4 Teaspoon, 3x a Week, preferably in the Morning
