What happens if I do not complete my task within the service plan I selected?

ANSWER: You will have the option to repurchase another plan or subscribe to our monthly service Plan of $97

What are the payment Options?

ANSWER: Currently we only accept full payments. We Accept VISA, MASTERCARD & AMERICAN EXPRESS.

What is the refund policy?

ANSWER: We offer a 3 days FULL REFUND policy if we have NOT received your assessment and you have NOT scheduled

a consultation. If we have received your assessment, scheduled a consultation and created your Task Partner

strategy plan, we will refund half of your payment for work completed. Anything thereafter is non-refundable.

What if an emergency arises during my service plan?

ANSWER: If an unexpected life event happens during your service plan term dates, we will suspend your plan for one year

or until you are ready to resume.

If I change my mind, can I give my service plan to another person?

ANSWER: If this occurs in the initial stages of the process (depending on the service plan) the answer is Yes!

Do you offer discounts for referrals?
